Cedric Baggett

Cedric majored in communications at the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh, New York. He participated in TWC’s Summer 2017 Veterans Employment Trajectory (VET) Initiative, where he interned at Voice of America, a U.S.-based international news source that broadcasts to audiences across the globe.
