Students worldwide clamor for the expertise, connection and opportunity available through internships and seminars in the capital of the world's largest economy. The Washington Center is one of a select few non-universities able to offer J-1 visas for internships. That factor, along with the cross-cultural promises of D.C., inspires international governments and individual universities to partner with TWC to design and implement custom internships, training and workforce development programs. TWC is committed to preparing engaged global citizens in a safe, respectful environment where students from around the world are welcomed. Empowering students around the globe through access to unique professional opportunities 14 2018 Annual Report Global Representation Argentina • Armenia • Belgium • Brazil • Canada • China • Colombia • Dominica • Dominican Republic • France • Germany • Gibraltar • India • Jamaica • Japan • Kazakhstan • Kenya • Kyrgyzstan • Mexico • Norway • Panama • Saint Kitts and Nevis • Saudi Arabia • South Korea • Spain • Taiwan • Tajikistan • Thailand • Togo • United Kingdom • Vietnam 31 countries were represented in our student body
