Restorative: The restorative theme allows you to have a solution-oriented mindset to daily problems. Incorporate your enjoyment of fixing problems into your networking pitch, and think of examples to mention in a networking/ interview setting. Self-Assurance: The self-assurance theme allow you to deeply trust your own instincts and feel confident. Attend networking events with others that feel nervous, as your position of certainty in yourself will give them confidence. After attending multiple networking events, study your recent decisions and assess the outcomes. This will give you the experiential knowledge to create valuable insights to refine and strengthen your intuition. Significance: The significance strength makes you determined to make a difference, and your drive can raise the bar for others. You thrive when seeing a list of your goals and dreams to keep you accountable and inspired. Make a list of goals for each networking event or for the whole semester of networking and ensure you are taking tangible action steps to reach your goals. Strategic: The strategic strength allows you to bring anticipation, imagination, and persistence to the groups and projects you work on, and find the best route moving forward. Find events such as case study competitions and other ethical decision discussion events to strengthen and showcase your strategic abilities. This will allow you to meet other contacts and provide real-time examples of your abilities. Woo: The woo strength allows you to bring energy to social situations, and connect with others with ease. Attend large networking events and deliberately build your network of acquaintances. Do this by purposely picking events based on who is in attendance or from the theme. After the event, tend to your new network by checking in which each person at least once a month.
