Advising & Your Internship Career Advisors at TWC are a great resource when it comes to helping you to be successful at your internship site. When it comes to your virtual internship, your Career Advisor can help you: • Thrive in a virtual workplace. • Navigate workplace relationships and dynamics. • Improve your digital communication. • Learn to be a self-advocate in the workplace. • Determine which TWC Career Readiness Programs most align with your semester goals. Advising & Your Career Career Advisors at TWC can also help you navigate the challenges of the college-to-career transition. Your Career Advisor can help you: • Search for jobs that align with your values, interests and passion. • Discover how to upgrade your resume. • Expand and maintain your professional network. • Design a strong cover letter that will get you noticed. • Ace a mock interview as practice for a great interview impression. • Determine if graduate school is right for you (and get help with your application). Get all of your questions answered by making an appointment with your TWC Career Advisor. Message them on Schoology and ask how you can make the most of your TWC experience through advising.
