Get started at One-page Resume Don't be shy – outline your educational background and include experiences like volunteer opportunities, leadership roles on campus, honors and awards. Statement of Professional Interest A summary (around 100 words) of what you're seeking in an internship, the skills you're hoping to develop and interests you'd like to explore. Click here to see statement of professional interest samples. Issues Essay A writing sample (around 500 words) on a key issue that is relevant to the field you're hoping to intern in. This essay allows us to assess your communication skills, and also helps us get a sense of who you are and what's important to you. Click here to see issues essay samples. Official Transcript Upload your official transcript directly into your application or request that it be sent to Letter of Recommendation Your letter should be from a faculty member or professional supervisor. If you have a GPA below 2.75, you'll need to submit two letters of recommendation.
