A.I. Career Readiness &
Pathways
This session will introduce participants to the
evolving role of artificial intelligence (A.I.) across
industries and highlight the diverse career
pathways emerging in this space. Participants will
explore how A.I. is shaping the future of work, the
foundational skills needed to thrive alongside
these technologies, and how to responsibly and
effectively engage with A.I. tools. Through
discussion and hands-on exploration, students will
begin to map out how A.I. may impact their career
trajectory and how to position themselves for
success.
Elective Option
Leveraging Your Strengths
The CliftonStrengths assessment is a tool used to
help individuals understand their greatest
strengths and how to maximize them to their
greatest potential. This session will provide
participants an opportunity to take the assessment
for free and learn about their individual top five
strengths. Facilitated by Gallup-Certified Strengths
Coaches, this session will focus on how to
leverage individual strengths in the workplace.
