5 The Washington Center • Housing Reservation Contract expense. TWC assumes no liability for damage, tickets or towing that may occur to any vehicle parked in any of its affiliated parking lots. • Bike racks are available in the TWC parking garage for use by participants. TWC is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage to bicycles, ebikes, scooters, etc., utilizing the TWC parking garage. Photo Identification • All TWC participants are required to carry their TWC ID and key fob, along with a valid government- issued photo ID with them at all times. Participants must present appropriate identification to any TWC official upon request. • TWC's RAF is a 100% ID check facility. Removal from Housing Facilities • The Washington Center reserves the right to remove any participant or guest from our housing facilities; any person whose conduct is considered disruptive, harmful or potentially harmful to themselves or others may be removed from the facility and their TWC-affiliated program immediately. • If a participant's financial assistance requires that they live in The Washington Center housing, removal from said housing will result in a loss of financial aid, with the appropriate amount added to the participant's bill. Please note that the Housing and Community Life regulations are subject to change. For more information, please refer to the TWC Code of Conduct and Community Life Expectations and the resident expectations document. Room Assignments • TWC participants should receive a housing assignment via email approximately 14 days prior to their check-in date, provided they have completed the necessary forms by stated deadlines.
