We will engage in hands-on skills development and the application of AI tools in the workplace. This will also be a chance to work more closely with other program participants. 8:30 am – 9:00 am Breakfast 9:00 am – 10:00 am Part 1: Introduction of Case Study William Dinello Part 1.1: Individuals Working as Teams† Hannah Cook Part I will focus on how individual strengths are incorporated into larger team dynamics and how we can build balanced teams for optimal results. Groups will be assigned an organization, and individuals will think about how their strengths align with specific roles using real world job descriptions. 10:00 am Break 10:10 am- 11:10 am Part 2: Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Kyle Bergman Identify solutions around the case study from your role in the organization using your personal strengths. 11:10 –11:30 am Break & Case Study Discussion 11:30 am – 12:50 pm Working Lunch Part 3 Project Management and AI† Kyle Bergman This working lunch session will include a presentation on AI for project management with specific prompt examples that allow users without project management backgrounds to create structures and processes aligned to stakeholders. 12:50 pm- 1:50 pm Part 4: Making and Presenting Data Driven Decisions Brandy Holoman Part IV will be hands-on applications of different tools that are currently applicable to the workplace and a preview of how the use of data will be incorporated.
