Innovation Institute Housing & Life in D.C. During TWC's short-term programs, you'll stay in furnished student housing in the NoMa neighborhood of Washington, D.C. This cosmopolitan neighborhood is located adjacent to Capitol Hill and full of unique restaurants and nightlife. You'll be within walking distance of the Capitol Building, National Mall and the best that D.C. has to offer (not to mention essentials like grocery stores and the Metro). State Scholarships for Select Students If you attend a school in Arkansas, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania or Tennessee, you may be eligible to receive a scholarship toward your participation in these programs. To receive a scholarship, accepted students meeting residency and other eligibility requirements must commit to attending and fully participating in their selected seminar in Washington, D.C. Students must also commit to upholding TWC's Seminar and Short-Term Policies (including the Student Code of Conduct) before and during their program experience.
