Evaluation Scores are used to inform the recommended grade a student will receive. Use this scale to get a better idea of how your scores will average out and be reflected in a letter grade format. Internship Grading Scale for Evaluators A 3.7–4.0 A- A- 3.5–3.6 B+ B+ 3.3–3.4 B 3.1–3.2 B- B- 2.9–3.0 C+ C+ 2.5–2.8 C 2.3–2.4 C- C- 2.0–2.2 D+ D+ 1.6–1.9 D 1.3–1.5 D- D- 1.0–1.2 F Below 1.0 twe.edu Excellent performance Student consistently exceeds expectations and demonstrates exceptional skill and initiative throughout the internship. Proficient Performance Student meets and often exceeds expectations with solid, reliable contributions to the team. Developing Performance Student meets basic expectations but shows room for growth in key competency areas. Below Expectations Student struggles to meet minimum standards. Significant improvement or intervention needed.
