TWC interns bring fresh perspectives to our organization and help us better translate our work to the general public. Being an intern supervisor has helped me become a better manager and provides needed capacity for our organization, which in turn helps us better achieve our mission of advocating for the civil rights, full inclusion and equality of children and adults with mental disabilities.
