Internship
There are so many career paths in the fields of international relations and business, and
sometimes, the only way to really know what you like is to go for a test drive. We've got
connections in the nation's capital, across the country and at a variety of organizations to help
you figure it out!
Some of our popular internship sites for international relations or business students are the
Peace Corps, the Climate Institute, the International Trade Commission, S&P Global and the
Turkish Heritage Organization.
Career Readiness Programming
TWC's Career Readiness Programming is a mix of professional development workshops,
networking events, one-on-one advising and more designed to help you maximize your
internship experience. In the past, our students have gone to networking events to meet the big
players in the business world, explored career paths through guest speakers and panels and
expanded their horizons by living and learning with a global cohort of students.
Academic Course
During your summer or semester with TWC, you'll take an academic course one night each
week. Our courses are typically taught by professors who are also working professionals
in their field. We offer a variety of courses about everything from foreign affairs to D.C.'s
scandalous history.
