This talk will focus on the future workforce and the knowledge and skills that will be required. It will also
focus on how you can build your career and the important first steps you can take. A central focus will be
the way in which the workforce is changing to meet the new security needs we have been learning about
throughout this seminar.

entrepreneur. In national security innovation and creativity are essentia and sometimes this requires a
single person with an idea to make a difference.
