Our dedication is reflected in the fact that 85% of our participants receive financial assistance, helping to remove financial barriers to participation. However, even with this support, a stipend often makes the difference in enabling students to participate. We strongly encourage employers to offer compensation, whether through a metro card, a stipend of at least $300, or hourly pay, to further ensure that students from all backgrounds can benefit from this valuable experience.
