WASHINGTON, D.C. — Denison University and The Washington Center (TWC) announce a new partnership to offer students immersive professional experiences in the nation’s capital. The decision to partner aligns Denison’s commitment to experiential learning and off-campus study with TWC’s expertise in bridging a college education and launching a fully-realized career.

“Denison is very excited to partner with The Washington Center to expand our domestic study away opportunities,” said Kim Coplin, provost, Denison University. “Our students will greatly benefit from the strong academic and experiential learning elements of the program, as well as meaningful career exploration and advisement from TWC faculty and staff.”

Denison University is in the third year of a strategic plan focused on expanding academic programs, enhancing mentorship and promoting career exploration through the Austin E. Knowlton Center. The partnership with TWC opens Washington, D.C. as a possible destination for students to begin those steps toward launching a career.
